The NAM is out today with a new series of manufacturer video testimonials showcasing how modern infrastructure—and a faster, more predictable permitting process—are essential to keeping products moving, strengthening supply chains and supporting manufacturing growth across America.
State of play: With the Sept. 30 deadline for a surface transportation reauthorization bill looming, and the August recess set to interrupt congressional activities, some legislators are hinting at a possible stopgap measure due to the time crunch (POLITICO, subscription).
