SBA and NAM Launch Supplier Matchmaking Expo

The Small Business Administration and the NAM are hosting their first ever Supplier Matchmaking Expo on March 11 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in Charlotte, North Carolina. There, large manufacturers will connect with smaller suppliers, strengthening their U.S. supply chains and paving the way for more job creation and investment in American industrial dominance.

How it works: Corporations with U.S. footprints, from global corporations to smaller firms, are sending buyers to meet with small businesses and local suppliers.

  • Suppliers can participate in one-on-one matchmaking sessions with prospective buyers, while also making valuable connections with federal, state and local organizations that support small manufacturers.

Who’s going: Many global companies and federal agencies have confirmed they are sending buyers, including:

  • Boeing, Eli Lilly, First Energy, Ford Motor Company, Honeywell International, Inc., Lockheed Martin, Siemens USA, Toyota, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. General Services Administration and the U.S. Department of War Office of Industrial Base Growth.

The SBA says: “The inaugural 2026 Supplier Matchmaking Expo is about rebuilding America’s industrial base and putting American workers and job creators first,” said SBA Administrator Kelly Loeffler.

  • “By connecting small domestic suppliers with major buyers, SBA is helping to strengthen supply chains, expand production capacity and drive investment back into American communities.”

The NAM says: “We are proud to partner with Administrator Loeffler on the inaugural 2026 Supplier Matchmaking Expo to connect manufacturers with small domestic suppliers as we translate pro-growth policies into real-world growth for America,” said NAM President and CEO Jay Timmons.

  • “With the tax certainty delivered by H.R. 1, manufacturers are investing with confidence, expanding production and deepening partnerships with American suppliers—strengthening supply chains and creating more jobs and opportunities here at home.”
