Countdown Begins to the NAM’s 2026 Manufacturing Legal Summit

The NAM’s 2026 Manufacturing Legal Summit, the nation’s only legal conference designed exclusively for manufacturing lawyers, is roughly two months away—and there’s still time to register.

What’s going on: The Legal Summit, now in its fifth year, will take place Nov. 12–13 at the Marriott Metro Center in Washington, D.C., and will feature panels, fireside chats, networking opportunities and more.

• The event, which draws talent from across industries and from companies of all sizes, offers a unique venue for connecting manufacturing lawyers with their peers.
• Sessions are led by subject-matter experts and seasoned in-house counsel, helping attendees navigate the latest legal and regulatory challenges.

The details: This year’s event will include content on tariffs and the changing trade landscape, PFAS regulations and litigation, generative artificial intelligence, labor and employment law updates, a U.S. Supreme Court update, tips for balancing litigation and regulatory discipline, professional responsibility, municipality litigation and best practices for emergency response situations.

• The NAM Legal Center has partnered with a top CLE accreditation vendor to allow attendees to earn approximately nine credit hours, a requirement for lawyers.
