You can also make reservations online. The cut-off date for reservations is Sunday, December 20, 2026; however, once the room block is filled (which may be before the cut-off) you may not be able to get the group rate.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours of scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room revenue will be charged.

The NAM and the Council of Manufacturing Associations (CMA) are committed to providing a harassment-free conference experience for all attendees. We expect attendees to follow our Code of Conduct at all conference events. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: 1) harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status, as provided by local, state, or federal law; 2) sexual harassment including unwelcome attention, stalking and physical contact; 3) abusive conduct that has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with another person’s ability to enjoy or participate in the Conference, including social events related to the Conference; and 4) undue interruption of any Conference event, speaker or session.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for hostile, harassing or abusive conduct. If a person engages in such conduct, appropriate action will be taken, including but not limited to, expulsion from the Conference, restriction from attendance at future CMA events and/or withdrawal of membership. Individuals who witness, become aware of, or experience inappropriate conduct should report such conduct to the CMA Executive Director or the CMA Chair.
